Full-time positions available Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and care for up to 6 individuals in a residential home Setting. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a strong understanding of the unique needs of clients, particularly those with dementia or other health challenges. Duties & Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health Take vital signs and observe changes in clients' conditions Prepare nutritious meals Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily observations Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations Requirements Previous experience in home community care or assisted living environments is preferred Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus Familiarity with medication administration protocols Ability to take vital signs accurately and respond appropriately to changes in health status Certification in CPR and First Aid is required Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care Must be able to cook healthy meals Patient observation skills are essential for monitoring client well-being Join Our Team As a Caregiver, you will make a positive impact on the lives of those you serve while enjoying the fulfillment that comes from providing compassionate care.
