Hayward, CA Job Details Part-time $23 - $25 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Assisting with ADLs High school diploma or GED Direct support Full Job Description SVS is seeking caring, reliable, dedicated and outgoing individual to provide one-on-one individualized support as a Personal Support Specialist at our Hayward program. $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days) .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide one-to-one training or adaptive services to a specific client enrolled in the Day Program (including, but not limited to: paid work, social skills building, art, recreation, volunteering) Develop and monitor individual client plans within the Program. Assist with personal hygiene needs as needed. Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide) Effective written and verbal communication
