Inn Home Care LLC Hesperia, CA Job Details Part-time $18- $20 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Spanish Home Care Aide Certification First Aid Certification Patient interaction Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate individual to work as a respite caregiver for a 17 year old spanish speaking young man, in the Hesperia area This job is 20 hours a month.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH
Duties- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition
- Constant supervision
- Work with individuals with autism in a private home setting Qualifications Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA)
MUST SPEAK SPANISH
- Experience as a caregiver is preferred
- First aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Willingness to clean and maintain a tidy environment
