Job Description

The LIVE-IN House Manager will be given a room, including free wifi and utilities. A monthly stipend will be provided.
Job Type:
Full-time This is a LIVE-IN Position, which also requires you to be onsite nightly between the hours of 10PM and 6AM. Must have 12 months or more of sobriety and able to maintain a personal program of recovery.

Position:
The Sober Living House Manager, is a LIVE-IN Position that maintains an environment that is safe, comfortable and secure for our Participants.
Principal Responsibilities:
Engage all Participants in conversations and activities Ensure all Participants are following house rules including curfew Assign household chores to Participants, and monitor rooms for cleanliness Observe and report any unusual behaviors or potential areas of conflict or concern Observe any unusual activities that may pass a safety or nuisance issue for surrounding neighbors, or the community Maintain inventory of all household supplies Review Program and House Rules with all new Participants and ensure Participant compliance Communicate in a culturally diverse manner, as our Participant population is diverse. Facilitate House Meetings on a weekly basis Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED CPR Certified Negative TB test Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check (May not be on active supervision such as Probation or Parole) Working knowledge of addiction, mental illness, and homelessness Good written and verbal communication skills People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
