You are an empathetic and attentive caregiver with a passion for supporting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their homes. You embody Team 24's

We are hiring caregivers who can commute to cities in Orange County, such as Irvine, and nearby cities, to support clients by delivering top-notch care and support to them, right in the comfort of their home. We want to hear all about your specialized experience because every skill and every story you bring makes us even stronger as a team. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following the client's care plan. #INDCS Here's what you'll assist your client with: Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers) Meal preparation Companionship Light housekeeping Medication reminders Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed Errands/transportation

Your Role:
Making Lives Brighter As a caregiver with us, your role goes beyond just providing assistance; it's about making lives brighter. You'll be there for clients offering your experience and heartwarming care to those who need it most. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have a range of medical health conditions. That's where you come in! Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands/transportation, Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers) and follow client's care plan and provide updates as needed.
Position Requirements:
Two Caregiving References :
Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience.
Valid ID :
Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements.
Negative TB Test :
Provide proof of a negative TB test. If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.
Reliable Commute :
Preferred :
Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date.
