- $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Home care Full Job Description looking.care is an elder care marketplace and directory. You work independently, name your own hourly rate, and keep every dollar of it. We never take a commission on a shift. Membership is free through January 1st
- no card required, nothing to cancel. After that it's just $3 per month, and we still never take a cut of your pay. Families search real caregiver profiles. You control your availability, and how far you are willing to travel
- accept only the shifts you want. What you need before you can go live: California
- an active Home Care Aide Registry number (CDSS), and a photo ID. That's the whole list. No background check through us, and insurance is optional. But you do need to already hold the card or the registration
- if you don't, both take several weeks to come through, and we can't list you until they land.
