Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to children and individuals with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for nurturing, teaching, and ensuring the safety and well-being of those in their care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults by fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Duties Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility support for children and individuals with disabilities Provide age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children Support early childhood development through engaging activities, play, and educational exercises Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being Prepare meals and snacks following dietary guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with safety standards Support learning activities such as teaching basic skills, classroom routines, and social interactions Monitor health and safety conditions regularly and respond promptly to emergencies using first aid when necessary Collaborate with parents, teachers, or healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care plans Skills Experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude essential for providing quality care Classroom experience or daycare background is advantageous Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism This position provides an enriching opportunity to support children's growth and development while fostering a safe and caring environment. Pay:
$23.82 - $28.68 per hour
