Overview We're looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team and provide high-quality personal care to clients in their homes, including stroke recovery and senior care cases. Duties ∙ Assist clients with

ADLs:

bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility ∙ Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care coordinator ∙ Follow individualized care plans accurately ∙ Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed ∙ Support safe mobility using transfer equipment ∙ Maintain a clean, safe home environment ∙ Document care provided each shift Requirements ∙ Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar) ∙ CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain ∙ Dependable, punctual, and professional ∙ Ability to pass a background check ∙ Valid CA driver's license preferred Why Care Cura? ∙ Consistent hours including 24/7 cases ∙ Flexible scheduling ∙ Paid orientation and training ∙ Supportive team and direct communication with management ∙ Referral bonus program
