Job Description

We are seeking energetic and caring individuals to serve as Caregivers, providing vital support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities. I need a caregiver in the Marina del Rey area Tuesdays , Thursdays and Saturdays 10a-2 PM. It's for a male client who is bed bound with incontinence care. Client needs assistance with meal prep and incontinence care and companionship. Client has a medium sized dog in his home, but the dog stays upstairs with his wife. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness. Support clients with medication reminders and light household tasks to maintain a safe living environment. Engage in meaningful activities that stimulate physical and mental health, including teaching or guiding hobbies or exercises. Follow care plans meticulously, documenting observations and any changes in condition for team review. Apply first aid skills when necessary to address minor injuries or health concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. 2 years experience with Bed Bound Clients Experience caring for Seniors Familiarity with behavior management techniques Certifications in first aid or caregiving are preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidates. Demonstrated compassion, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
