A warm, professional family of four in Menlo Park is seeking an experienced, proactive Family Assistant to help keep their household running smoothly. The family has two young children, ages 4 and 1, both of whom attend daycare full-time. They also have a housekeeper who provides deep cleaning every other week.

to spend more quality time together as a family. They are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and managing the day-to-day household responsibilities that allow busy parents to come home and simply enjoy time with their children.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining an organized, tidy, and well-functioning home that allows the family to maximize quality time together Grocery shopping and running household errands Meal preparation Preparing children's lunches and snacks for daycare Laundry and household organization as needed Light household organization and resetting common living areas Keeping household supplies stocked and organized Coordinating miscellaneous household tasks Anticipating the family's needs and taking initiative to keep the household running efficiently While this is not a childcare position, the ideal candidate is comfortable occasionally assisting with the children in the mornings if an extra set of hands is needed

Qualifications:
