Our mission is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (HCAs) who take pride in caring for others. Position Summary As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life. You'll work one-on-one with clients in the West Covina area, building meaningful relationships while providing essential care and support. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide mobility support and assist with transfers Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Remind clients to take medications as directed Report changes in condition or safety concerns to supervisor Qualifications Active California HCA registration (required) Current TB test and CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Mileage reimbursement for client travel Flexible scheduling (day, evening, and weekend shifts available) Supportive office staff and ongoing training opportunities
