In Home Caregiver ComForCare Home Care - 3.5 Ontario, CA Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid orientation Flexible schedule Paid sick time Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role requires a nurturing personality. Schedule is more of an on call. Looking for all shifts but really need 2pm to 10pm. Has potential into turning part time or full time. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Monitor patients' health by observing their conditions and reporting any changes. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with medication schedules. Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence and well-being. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental health. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and maintain accurate records of patient observations. Experience Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus. Experience in hospice care or working with individuals with dementia is highly desirable. Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and medication administration protocols is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
