Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and engaging caregiver to support an 83-year-old female client with vascular dementia and mild cognitive decline. She enjoys outings, exploring the community, and staying socially engaged. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves building meaningful connections and providing supportive companionship. The client recently experienced the loss of her husband in February 2026, so we are looking for a caregiver who is patient, kind-hearted, dependable, and able to provide both emotional support and quality care. The home has two friendly dogs that can be kenneled if needed.
Shifts:
Saturday and Sunday from 12:30pm - 4:30pm ✨
Client Needs Support With:
Showering and personal care Dressing assistance Medication reminders Light laundry and daily support Fall prevention and safety monitoring Companionship and engaging activities
Qualifications Needed:
  • Active HCA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license and Auto Insurance required for client's transportation
  • Caregiving experience required
  • Experience with dementia care
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Comfortable assisting with mobility and fall prevention
  • Strong communication and companionship skills
  • Ability to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
