Job Description

12 hours a week to start Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10am-2pm. We are seeking a
CNA HHA/HCA
Caregiver to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients Teach family members ways to care for patient
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication 3 DAYS
PER WEEK 12 HOURS AVAILABLE
Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9am-1pm.

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
