Job Description

Pay is provided through the IHSS program. Caregivers must be enrolled with IHSS or willing to complete the enrollment process. Personal Care Attendant (IHSS)
Compensation:
$20.03/hour through IHSS Seeking a dependable caregiver to join an established home care team. This position supports daily living activities within a highly structured caregiving environment that emphasizes consistency, communication, safety, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual Strong judgment and problem-solving skills Comfortable accepting feedback and learning individualized routines Able to follow written instructions, checklists, and established procedures Professional communication skills Hoyer lift experience helpful but not required Ideal candidates are thoughtful, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. This role is not centered around companionship or entertainment. Instead, it focuses on providing consistent support while maintaining a calm and organized environment.
