Rapha Homecare is seeking a compassionate, dependable Companion Caregiver to provide social engagement, mental stimulation, and fall-prevention monitoring for a client in Pollock Pines, CA. Primary Responsibilities:

Companionship & Social Engagement Provide friendly conversation and emotional support Engage the client in meaningful activities and hobbies Encourage social interaction and participation in daily routines Promote a positive and stimulating environment Mental Stimulation Participate in games, puzzles, reading, and memory-enhancing activities Encourage cognitive engagement through conversation and interactive activities Support the client's overall emotional and mental well-being Safety & Fall Prevention Monitoring Observe and monitor the client's mobility and safety throughout the day Provide standby assistance when walking or moving around the home Help maintain a safe environment by identifying and reporting fall risks or changes in condition Promptly communicate concerns to the care team and family as appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving, companion care, senior care, or related experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and engaging personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan screening Dependable, professional, and attentive to client safety
