Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home and community care, with experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential personal assistance and support within their homes. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences while maintaining proper food safety standards. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation. Support clients with medication management, including reminders and administration under proper protocols. Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to ensure safe patient handling. Maintain cleanliness within the client's home environment, including light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry. Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed care plans and administer medications accurately. Compassionate attitude combined with patience, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
