Adora Care, a renowned non-medical assisted living facility in Redlands, is urgently hiring for a full-time Caregiver Night Shift to join our extended family. Position Overview:

As a Caregiver Night Shift, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily living skills, meal preparation, and maintaining open communication with families and healthcare professionals regarding clients' medical and emotional conditions. Qualifications:

Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance Successful clearance of background checks, health, and TB clearance Ability to lift 55 lbs AID/CPR Certificate Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living skills, meal preparation, and medication administration Support residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and/or bathing Maintain open communication with families and health care professionals Document and report any changes in the client's medical and emotional condition Ensure the highest client safety and well-being Provide guidance on developmental goals for community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities Assist with ambulation and mobility Redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors Perform housekeeping duties Be a pleasant and supportive companion Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills:

Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Adherence to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance

Benefits:
