We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate is thorough, attentive, empathetic, and motivated by a genuine passion for caring for seniors. Position Summary The Caregiver is responsible for providing direct resident care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care plans. This role requires a strong commitment to person-centered care, effective communication with residents and families, and the ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, and transferring. Provide personalized care with patience, compassion, and respect for residents' dignity and preferences. Observe, document, and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition to the supervising nurse or Resident Services Director. Support residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, utilizing appropriate communication and care techniques. Ensure resident safety through proactive monitoring, fall prevention, and adherence to established care protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided in accordance with community policies and state regulations. Promote engagement and well-being by encouraging resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. Assist with mealtime preparation, serving, and feeding as needed. Support infection control standards by practicing proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and cleaning protocols. Collaborate with other caregivers, med techs, nurses, and department staff to ensure holistic, seamless care. Provide emotional support to residents and families, fostering trust and open communication. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Home Care strongly preferred. Training in ADLs, dementia care, and senior support required (formal certification preferred but not mandatory

Ability to anticipate resident needs and provide care proactively. Strong observational and reporting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support. Must pass background check, health screening, and meet state licensing requirements.
