Caregiver (Part-time)

We're looking for Caregivers (Part-time) to join our Care Team! Caregiver• ($16.90 - $17.00)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement daily care and activities for residents based on service plans within legal and professional boundaries. Respond promptly to resident needs and community alarms, promoting resident independence and rapport. Maintain accurate care records, conduct safety checks, and communicate resident status effectively between shifts. Report changes in resident conditions promptly, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean and safe environment. Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs while respecting their rights and promoting independence.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of relevant experience (preferred). Possess or be able to obtain valid CPR certification. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to speak, read, and understand English. Applicants should be committed to health and safety standards, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude. Well-organized and reliable. Physical stamina is necessary to perform job duties.
