Job Description
Every day, our caregivers help older adults stay in the homes they love — sharing a meal, a walk, a conversation, and the steady support that lets someone keep their independence and dignity. Hillendale Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (CNA, HHA, and experienced in-home caregivers all welcome) to serve seniors across the Bay Area and surrounding communities. You won't be on your own out there: our staffing and care managers have your back with real support, every shift. What you'll earn $22
- 26 per hour , based on the level of care provided $500 Sign-on Bonus $500 Caregiver Referral Bonus for every caregiver you refer Paid holidays, paid sick leave, and overtime Health benefits and 401(k) eligibility Paid orientation and paid on-the-job training Reimbursement for required employment costs , including Fingerprinting, Home Care Aide registration, and TB testing.
- 8• 10• and 12-hour shifts Day, evening, overnight, and live-in opportunities Weekday and weekend schedules Flexible scheduling based on your availability What you'll do Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Mobility and transfer assistance Medication reminders Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and emotional support Transportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands What we're looking for We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Qualifications include:
Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) registration (we'll guide you through the process if needed) Current TB test Ability to communicate effectively in English Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply. Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, and other language skills are highly valued and often lead to additional client opportunities.
