Job Description

Part-Time Special Needs Nanny / RBT We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for a child with special needs. The ideal candidate has experience working with children on the autism spectrum and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive, one-on-one care in our home and during community outings as appropriate. Implement behavioral and developmental strategies using ABA principles. Engage in educational, sensory, and play-based activities. Assist with daily routines while encouraging independence. Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and daily activities. Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment at all times. Qualifications RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or previous RBT training/experience required Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder CPR and First Aid certification Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Non-smoker, drug and alcohol free Dependable, patient, energetic, and compassionate Able to pass a background check Available to work flexible hours, approximately 3 days per week Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting non-speaking or minimally speaking children Background in ABA therapy, special education, speech therapy, or occupational therapy
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
