A Caregiver or Personal Care Aide provides non-medical care for adults, including elderly and disabled people, typically in their own homes. Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.
9 AM- 4 PM Potentially Monday 3 PM-8 PM or Friday 3 PM-8 PM. Opportunity for additional hours of coverage.

Position Overview:
As a Lead Caregiver, you will take on a leadership role within our caregiving team, setting an example of excellence and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. Doing so by providing direct caregiving services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support.
Responsibilities may include:
Personal Assistance:
Ability to assist the individual with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, and other self-help skills. Assistance with meal preparation, activity planning, participating in community outings and events, completing errands and shopping. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication to the well-being of our clients and others. Administering medication as needed. Collaborate with the care management team to assess and develop care plans. Monthly meeting/training. Document client progress and report any changes in their health or behavior. Driving assistance using personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
Background check clearance Valid Drivers License Experience in a related field (recommended) Ability and willingness to support individuals with challenging behaviors. Patient nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to; read and interpret documents, write specific reports and correspondence, apply mathematical concepts to practical situations, apply conflict resolution skills, and interpret written and verbal instructions if required. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Successful training in, and use of, First Aid/CPR. If necessary, the agency will provide CPR certification.
