Nancy Vasquez Residential Care Center is a licensed Adult Residential Care Facility serving adults aged 18 to 59 with mental illness. Our mission is to provide a safe and dignified home where individuals are valued, respected, and encouraged to reach personal fulfillment and goals. Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Care Aide to ensure the health and safety of our residents. As the primary point of contact during the overnight hours, you will monitor the facility, support resident well-being, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Core Duties:

Safety & Monitoring:

Responsible for the health and safety of residents at all times, including during emergencies. Conduct hourly rounds to check on resident safety.

Resident Care:

Engage with residents at regular intervals, check on their needs, and assist with personal hygiene, meal service, and medication passes.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness of the facility.

Documentation:

Record daily activities and report any concerns or changes regarding resident care to the Administrator/Licensee and the incoming shift.

Compliance:

Adhere to Title 22 compliance regulations.

Qualifications Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience working in a Community Care Facility is preferred but not required. Mandatory Requirements (Before Hire): Fingerprint and criminal background clearance. First-aid training and CPR certification. Current physician's report and TB clearance. Elder abuse training and reporting certification. Training in medication management. Employment Terms Employment with the Company is "at-will."
