Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Administer medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment Support clients with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare teams Skills Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and family members Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules Experience or familiarity with medical terminology and basic health monitoring techniques Knowledge of safety protocols for assisting clients with mobility or medical devices Prior experience in home care, geriatrics, or post-acute care settings is highly desirable Join us in making a meaningful impact through dedicated in-home care!
