Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and pitching in wherever needed to create a great experience for our residents. What You'll Do Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, activities, and other needs Provide medication support as trained and authorized Help coordinate resident activities, outings, and special events Assist with scheduling, communication, and general organization Help coordinate transportation requests, maintenance needs, and other resident services Work closely with team members to ensure residents receive responsive, compassionate support What We're Looking For Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred Medication Technician training or experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities A positive, team-focused approach to resident care Why You'll Love Working at Agemark PTO from Day 1
