Overview We are actively seeking energetic and compassionate caregivers to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with care plans Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to assist with heavy lifting and transfers safely Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and progress in compliance with healthcare standards Skills Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Ability to perform basic caregiving tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and medication administration Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams CPR and First Aid certification are required; ongoing training encouraged Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory impairments such as Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus Join us to become part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care!
