Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Walnut Grove. Responsibilities Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring proper infection control practices are followed Document care activities accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Requirements Prior experience working in homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and first aid/CPR certification is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use patient transfer methods effectively Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and healthcare teams with compassion and clarity Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs, personal care assistance, manual handling, and patient monitoring in home or community settings Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving services that truly make a difference!
