compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those who are elderly or have specific health needs. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Duties Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities. Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation. Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare providers. Support clients with transportation to appointments or social activities as needed. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred; experience in geriatrics is a plus. Familiarity with clinical settings such as outpatient services, inpatient care, or teaching hospitals is beneficial. Knowledge of hospital experience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while providing high-quality care. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others. Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
