Live-In Housemate Opportunity - Louisville, CO Free Private Living Space + Monthly Stipend We are seeking a compassionate and dependable live-in housemate to share a beautiful home in Louisville with a kind 68-year-old woman living with schizoaffective disorder. She is stable on her medications and has strong support from her family and therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone looking for affordable housing while making a meaningful difference in someone's life. Our previous housemate was a nursing student. What We Offer Free rent and all utilities included Monthly stipend Fully furnished private living space featuring: Large family/living room Private bedroom Private bathroom Kitchenette Responsibilities Five overnight shifts per week (8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.) Assist the client to the bathroom approximately 1-2 times each night The client ambulates with a walker and uses a bedside bell when she needs assistance A few additional flexible daytime hours each week Commitment Desired start date: September 5 (flexible) Seeking someone who can commit to at least 3 months , with a 6-month commitment preferred If you're caring, responsible, and interested in this unique opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
