Benefits $19.50-$21/hour, depending on experience & Availability Full-time and Part-time work available: Early Mornings, Days, weekdays, weekends, & Holidays are all available Flexible schedule: 3 to 8 hour shifts available Paid Time Off Sick Pay Competitive pay, 401K, medical, dental, and vision for full time employees (30+hr/week) Mileage reimbursement when providing transportation in personal vehicle Access to Homewatch University for on-going training! Our amazing Caregivers get to be the best part of their client's day by: Providing engaging and supportive companionship Assisting with transfers, meals, and light housekeeping Aiding clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming Facilitating transportation/companionship to doctor's appointments, grocery runs, and other errands Supporting Dementia/Alzheimer's Care Reporting any incidents, changes in condition, or safety concerns

Required Qualifications:

Strong Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills Patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to be of service to older adults Ability to provide both personal and companion care Ability to be compassionate, patient, and understanding while supporting older adults ability to be autonomous A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile Ability to pass a background check including Criminal, Adult Protective Services, and a Motor Vehicle history review. Reference checks that speak to quality of character required.
