Job Title:

QMAP/Caregiver Duties:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals with developmental disabilities
• Provide senior care services including companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Offer dementia care support and engage in activities to promote cognitive stimulation
• Assist with mobility and transfer of individuals using proper lifting techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in condition

Skills:

• Experience in behavior management and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of senior care practices and ability to provide compassionate support to older adults
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies for managing challenging behaviors
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and monitoring vital signs accurately
• First aid certification and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Understanding of home care procedures and ability to adapt to different environments (e.g., nursing homes)
