Full Time Part-Time/PRN Available Weekend Shifts:
6:00 AM-2:00 PM 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Looking for meaningful weekend work? We're hiring dependable, experienced Caregiver/QMAPs to join our residential care team! We support adults in assisted living and mental health transitional living homes and are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, engaged, and ready to be an important part of our residents' daily lives. What You'll Do Administer and document medications as a QMAP Assist with ADLs and personal care as needed Monitor resident health and behavioral changes Prepare meals and snacks Complete caregiver notes and documentation Support activities, routines, and independent living skills Engage and interact with residents Complete laundry and housekeeping Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home Respond appropriately to emergencies Communicate concerns and important updates to management What We're Looking For Current Colorado QMAP certification - Required Current CPR/First Aid/BLS - Required Previous professional caregiving experience Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable with mental/behavioral health populations Comfortable administering medications Strong communication and documentation skills Willing to cook, clean, assist with ADLs, and engage residents Patient, compassionate, and professional Able to work independently Experience in assisted living, mental health, behavioral health, group homes, recovery, or residential care is strongly preferred. Schedule & Location Weekend availability is required. Holiday availability is also required. We operate multiple residential locations throughout Colorado Springs. Staff must be flexible and willing to work at different company locations based on staffing and resident needs.
