Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide Medication Assistance
  • (QMAP)
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with senior care practices and techniques is beneficial
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
