$500 HIRING BONUS Candidates hired September 4-30, 2026 are eligible for a $500 hiring bonus , paid after completing 6 months of continuous employment in good standing. At Gardens Care Senior Living , we are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and creating a comfortable, supportive environment for the seniors we serve. We are looking for dependable and energetic QMAPs/Caregivers who enjoy making a difference, working as part of a team, and providing hands-on support to residents each day. $18.00 per hour QMAP -Overnight Shifts:

Tues- Sat 10pm-6amSchedule:
Sun-Thu 10p-6a What You'll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) . Assist with personal care while supporting resident dignity, comfort, and independence. Provide meal preparation and meal assistance . Assist with cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Administer medications as a QMAP and follow applicable medication administration procedures. Complete accurate and timely care documentation . Communicate clearly with residents and fellow team members. Work collaboratively as part of the care team to meet residents' individual needs. Follow resident care plans and established safety and care procedures.
