Caregiver - Home Health SummitWest Care | Mesa County, CO $17.00-$18.50/hour Part-Time | Under 30 Hours Per Week Flexible Hours. Meaningful Work. No Experience Required. SummitWest Care is a local nonprofit home care agency seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support individuals who need assistance living safely and independently at home. As a caregiver, you'll build one-on-one relationships with clients while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Every client's needs are unique, but common responsibilities include: Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with meal preparation Helping with light housekeeping and household tasks Providing personal care assistance and routine health maintenance Reporting concerns or changes to the care team Our goal is to help clients remain safe and independent at home. Qualifications No professional caregiving or healthcare experience required! We are looking for caregivers who are: At least 18 years of age Reliable, compassionate, and dependable Willing to learn and receive ongoing training Comfortable working independently Self-transporting with a valid license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Current Scheduling Needs Schedules are built around client needs and caregiver availability, but all schedules contain: Part-time hours only (under 30 hours per week) Morning, daytime, or early evening visits No overnight shifts Why SummitWest Care?
