This position is offered through our Full-Time Career Caregiver Program . Eligible caregivers may participate in our Minimum Paid Hours Program , designed to provide greater income stability during temporary fluctuations in client scheduling, along with competitive pay, paid training, premium pay opportunities, and Company-sponsored benefits, subject to program eligibility requirements and Company policy.

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour Minimum Paid Hours Program for eligible Full-Time Career Caregivers Mileage & travel time reimbursement Flexible scheduling based on client needs Paid orientation and ongoing training Evening, weekend, overnight & holiday premium pay opportunities 401(k) with company match Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability & more) CNA Tuition Reimbursement Pay Advance - Access earned wages before payday Paid sick time & holiday pay Annual bonuses up to $500 Free EPA therapy & counseling Earn up to $1,000 in caregiver and client referral bonuses (program rules apply) What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care and activities of daily living Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Provide transportation and run errands when assigned Follow individualized care plans Observe and report changes in client condition What We're Looking For Dependable, compassionate, and professional Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and sound judgment Professional caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA welcomed) Ready to Apply?
