AlfaBEST Home Care is looking for an experienced Home Care Coordinator / Client Care Coordinator who understands what it takes to keep clients, caregivers, schedules, and services moving smoothly. You know this work is about much more than filling shifts. It requires judgment, organization, communication, compassion, and the ability to solve problems when plans change. What You'll Do Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services. Manage call-outs, schedule changes, coverage needs, and daily staffing challenges. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, caregivers, and team members. Support caregiver onboarding, placement, availability, and ongoing coordination. Monitor schedules, documentation, EVV, authorizations, and other operational requirements. Maintain accurate and timely information in scheduling and operational systems. Identify issues early, determine appropriate next steps, and follow through to resolution. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership. Help improve workflows and processes when you see a better way to do something. You are likely to thrive here if you: Have strong home care coordination, scheduling, staffing, client services, or operations experience. Qualifications Required:

Previous home care or home health coordination, scheduling, staffing, client services, or comparable operational experience. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Confidence using scheduling systems and workplace technology. Professional judgment and discretion. Experience with EVV. Experience with Medicaid, VA, private-pay, or similar home care services. Caregiver scheduling and staffing experience. Experience resolving client and caregiver service issues. Familiarity with Colorado home care operations. Competitive compensation based on experience. We are willing to pay toward the upper end of the market for someone who brings substantial home care experience, strong judgment, and the ability to contribute with limited ramp-up time.
