AlfaBEST Home Care is looking for an experienced Home Care Coordinator / Client Care Coordinator who understands what it takes to keep clients, caregivers, schedules, and services moving smoothly. You know this work is about much more than filling shifts. It requires judgment, organization, communication, compassion, and the ability to solve problems when plans change. We are looking for someone who can step into that environment with confidence, take ownership of their work, and become a trusted part of our team. What You'll Do Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services. Manage call-outs, schedule changes, coverage needs, and daily staffing challenges. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, caregivers, and team members. Support caregiver onboarding, placement, availability, and ongoing coordination. Monitor schedules, documentation, EVV, authorizations, and other operational requirements. Maintain accurate and timely information in scheduling and operational systems. Identify issues early, determine appropriate next steps, and follow through to resolution. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership. Help improve workflows and processes when you see a better way to do something. What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for someone with direct home care or home health experience who understands the realities of this business. Caregivers call out. Clients' needs change. Priorities compete. Several important things can happen at once. The right person knows how to prioritize, communicate, and keep things moving without creating unnecessary chaos. You are likely to thrive here if you: Have strong home care coordination, scheduling, staffing, client services, or operations experience. Are exceptionally organized and able to manage competing priorities. Take ownership and don't need to be repeatedly reminded or chased. Communicate proactively and follow through. Are resourceful and bring possible solutions when raising problems. Use good judgment and know when to act independently and when to ask for help. Stay calm, professional, and productive under pressure. Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems. Care about both the details and the people affected by your work. Qualifications Required:
Previous home care or home health coordination, scheduling, staffing, client services, or comparable operational experience. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Confidence using scheduling systems and workplace technology. Professional judgment and discretion. Experience with EVV. Experience with Medicaid, VA, private-pay, or similar home care services. Caregiver scheduling and staffing experience. Experience resolving client and caregiver service issues. Familiarity with Colorado home care operations. Competitive compensation based on experience. We are willing to pay toward the upper end of the market for someone who brings substantial home care experience, strong judgment, and the ability to contribute with limited ramp-up time.
