Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (15 hours/week) Job Post Summary Amaris Home Health Care Agency (Non-Skilled Division) is urgently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Lakewood. Key Responsibilities Personalized Assistance:

Help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support (standing/pivoting).

Meal Management:

Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.

Home Environment:

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home by performing light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.

Health Monitoring & Coordination:

Observe client behavior/condition, provide timely medication reminders according to the care plan, and report updates to the Non-Skilled Manager.

Errands & Companionship:

Assist with essential tasks (grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups) while providing dedicated emotional support to reduce isolation.

Requirements Experience:

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing facilities is highly preferred.

Reliability:

Exceptional punctuality and dependability are absolute non-negotiables—our clients rely on you!

Physical Ability:

Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks, including mobility assistance and safe client transfers.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in the Lakewood area.

Environment Fit:

Must be comfortable working in pet-friendly homes and environments where clients may smoke indoors.

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills, a respectful demeanor, and a compassionate attitude.
