We support seniors by focusing on their overall well-being—physical, emotional, social, and more—so they can live safely and independently at home. We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.Position Summary:
The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients' quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow care plans and agency policies
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to assist with lifting (25-50 lbs)
Preferred Skills:
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
- CNA or HHA certification
- Bilingual is a plus
Schedule Options:
- Full-time / Part-time
- Live-in / Overnight shifts
- PRN (as needed)
- Weekend availability preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
