This as-needed position is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. PRN Care Providers help cover open shifts, planned time off, and other staffing needs, primarily during daytime hours. Our residents value their independence, and we are looking for caregivers who provide compassionate, person-centered support while promoting dignity, choice, and quality of life. With a maximum of 11 residents, our home offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide individualized care in a welcoming environment.
