We're committed to providing safe, high-quality care for families in need. Child Youth Mentor & Direct Support Providers Needed! As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team. If you're looking to make a difference, we have multiple opportunities for Child Youth Mentors and Direct Support Providers . Direct Support Provider As a Direct Support Provider, you'll create meaningful relationships while providing services such as Respite, Mentorship, Community Connection, and Homemaking. You'll follow guidelines to ensure clients receive the best care in a safe and supportive environment. Child Youth Mentor In this role, you'll work as part of a team to support children and youth facing developmental challenges. You'll provide guidance, support, and mentorship to families, helping to prevent out-of-home placements and offering interventions in crisis situations. You'll also collaborate with schools, therapy providers, and family members to provide comprehensive support. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Experience with Developmental Disabilities (Preferred, but not required) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Professionalism and dedication to individualized care Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for some positions) Ability to pass background checks Willingness to chart progress via our web-based system
