Job Description
Looking for experienced and compassionate lead caregivers who have a passion for the elderly and want to make a difference in their daily lives. We have been in business since 2009, with our five residential care homes taking care of 8 residents. We have developed a philosophy and culture of how to care for seniors with dementia and cognition challenges. This person understands the importance of meeting the needs of our residents while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for committed individuals who are compassionate, have good communication skills, and are able to problem solve on the spot. If you have a heart for people, this is the job for you. Essential Job Responsibilities :

Quaifications:
Compassion, caring for residents like they are your family members Great communicator Honest, reliable, dependable, and accountable People person who gets along with others Lead/ senior caregiving- 2 years QMAP certified
- 2 years Experienced with caregiving to memory care seniors
- 2 years Dementia training and practical experience needed Clean background check Reliable transportation with good driving record First Aid/CPR certified Current TB, pass drug screening Caregiver skills:
- Prefer Current and valid first aid and CPR certification.
- Must have experience working with the elderly. Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia a plus Caregiver responsibilities :
- Assist residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene and eating, activities, and exercise.
- Document and report any changes in client's health status
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being
- Light food preparation
- Shift is 12-hours working with a co-worker to take care of 8 seniors Pay rate depends on experience and background.
