Elder Crew was launched out of facing life's evolving challenges. Lourdes "Loopy" Elder was diagnosed with a chronic health condition, no longer being able to live alone, but still wanting to remain at home. At the time, three generations were living under one roof, facing time-intensive concerns of maintaining Loopy's health, with daily challenges of demanding careers and the needs of young children. The offerings of in-home health care services left much to be desired and we felt compelled to make an improvement.

Elder Crew is seeking experienced caregivers in the Mystic area for per diem staffing solutions . Caregivers will be working with private duty clients. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: interacting directly with our clients, providing comfort, and assistance with activities of daily living. We are searching not only for dedicated and skilled caregivers, but caregivers who are compassionate and can communicate with families and partnering medical professionals. Working withElder Crew:
