$20-22per hour based on experience About theRole:
Caregiver needed to assist an elderly female in her home. Assistance will include personal care, light housekeeping, laundry , medication reminders, meal prep and transportation to outings and appointments. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Caregiver to provide non-clinical, hands-on support to clients in their homes. This role focuses on helping clients with daily living activities (ADLs), mobility assistance, companionship, and light household tasks. The ideal candidate promotes independence, comfort, and a safe living environment—without providing medical care.Key Responsibilities:
(may vary due to client needs)- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Provide reminders for daily routines and medications (non-medical support only).
- Help clients safely move around the home, including walking support and transfers using mobility aids.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dishwashing, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Plan and prepare meals or snacks; support dietary preferences (non-medical).
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce loneliness.
- Drive or escort clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
- Identify and address household safety concerns; maintain a secure environment.
- Help manage daily schedules and coordinate with family members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and ADL tasks.
- Experience in caregiving or supporting older adults preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if driving required).
- Ability and willingness to pass a background check.
Boundaries:
- No medical care, injections, clinical tasks, or therapy.
- This role is strictly non-clinical and performed as an independent contractor (1099).
Pay:
$20.00- $22.
