Part time & Full Time needed. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certification to join our team in . This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to individuals in various settings, including home, assisted living, and group homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering attentive support with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and commitment will help create a safe, supportive environment where clients can thrive and feel valued every day. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately to healthcare teams Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA guidelines to ensure safety and compliance Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, creating a calm and structured environment Maintain the cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning tasks to promote hygiene and comfort Document care activities meticulously in accordance with healthcare regulations and resident care plans Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly desirable Hands-on experience with patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring is essential Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or dementia enhances your effectiveness in this role Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Experience using assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident's personal equipment is preferred Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands associated with caregiving tasks Strong background in providing compassionate patient care within long-term care or hospice settings Join us as a Caregiver (needed in ) (PCA Certified) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve!
