Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own homes. This energetic and rewarding position offers the opportunity to provide personalized care, support independence, and foster a safe and nurturing environment. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and essential helper, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Assist person with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support patients with medication administration Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning. Provide patient observation and monitor changes in condition, reporting any concerns promptly Maintain detailed care plans, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams while respecting HIPAA privacy standards. Support clients in community settings by providing transportation assistance and encouraging social engagement. Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, or senior care is highly preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Pay:
$23.00 - $23.50 per hour
