Ridge Home Care provides reliable Personal Care and Homemaking services that help our clients maintain their independence and dignity. We are seeking experienced, compassionate Caregivers dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of our clients. • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care (hygiene, bathing, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing crucial companionship.
• Performing light housekeeping duties and managing household organization.
• Providing safe transportation to recreational activities or appointments.
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for the client.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, provide companionship, and connect with clients. Committed to client well-being.
• Basic knowledge of household management and meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

• Pass a drug screen.
