Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication transforms lives by providing essential support and personalized care to individuals in their own homes. In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, monitor their health and well-being, and create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Provide medication reminders and administer medications following care plans. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when required, ensuring safety during meal times. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and organization of personal spaces. Support clients with cognitive impairments such as Dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care techniques and engaging them in meaningful activities. Follow detailed care plans created by the office to ensure consistent, personalized support for each individual's unique needs. Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, or long-term care environments. Familiarity with specialized care such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's. Ability to perform lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts and manage physical tasks involved in patient transfer and mobility assistance.
