Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide exceptional personalized care an individual in their home. This vital role involves supporting client with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence through attentive, respectful, and professional care. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive approach to enhancing the quality of life for the person they serve. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Monitor patients' health by observing vital signs, medication adherence, and overall well-being Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support mobility and transfers using patient transfer methods that ensure safety Maintain detailed care plans, document observations, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment in accordance with health standards Experience Prior experience working as a caregiver in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings is highly desirable Knowledge of patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs accurately Familiarity with medication administration, HIPAA regulations, and patient confidentiality standards Hands-on experience with equipment like stairlifts and patient transfer methods Background in providing specialized care for seniors Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs safely while maintaining dignity and respect for the client We value energetic professionals committed to making a positive impact through attentive support and personalized service.
